等级(Surface finish)特征及用途(Characteristics and application)
NO.1
热轧后施以热处理及酸洗处理的表面。一般用于冷轧材料，工业用槽罐、化学工业装置等。
Hot-rolled surface,annealed and pickled,can be used as cold-rolling material,industial tanks and chem ical devices.
NO.2D
经冷轧后施以热处理及酸洗得到的无光泽冷轧产品。用于汽车零件、建筑材料、管类等。
Cold-rolled,annealed and pickled without skinpassing the dull products can be used as automobile parts,building materrials and pipings.
NO.2B
NO.2D经过调质轧制后的产品，光泽度和平坦度比NO.2D表面好。采用改善机械性能的表面处理后，几乎满足所有用途。
The surface brightness and flatness of NO.2B is better than NO.2D.Then through a special surface treament to improve its mechamical properties,N02B could nearly satisfy comprehensive uses.
NO.3
100-120号研磨带研磨出来的产品。具有较佳的光泽度，具有不连续的粗纹。用于建筑内外装饰材料、电器产品及厨房设备等。
Polished with abrasive belt of grit#100-#120,have better brightness with discontin uous coarse stria,used as inner and external ornaments for building,electrical applianc es and kitch en utensils etc.
NO.4
用150-180号研磨带研磨出来的产品。具有较佳的光泽度，具有不连续的粗纹，条纹比NO.3细。用于浴池、建筑内外装饰材料、电器产品、厨房设备及食品设备等。
Polished with abrasive belt of grit#150-#180,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria,but thinner than NO.3,are used as bathtud building抯inner and external ornaments electrical appliances,kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
#320
用320号研磨带研磨出来的产品。具有较佳的光泽度，具有不连续的粗纹，条纹比NO.4细。用于浴池、建筑内外装饰材料、电器产品、厨房设备及食品设备等。
Polished with abrasive belt of grit#320,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria,but thinner NO.3,are used as bathtub building抯inner and external ornaments electrical appliances,kitchen utensils and food lprocessing equipment etc.
HL
NO.4经适当粒度抛光砂带的连续研磨生成研磨花纹的产品（细分150-320号）。主要用于建筑装饰，电梯，建筑物的门、面板等。
Polished with abrasive belt of grit#150-320 on the No.4 finish and has continuous streaks,mainly used as build ing抯ornaments,elevators,door of building,frontal plate etc.
BA
经冷轧后施以光亮退火，并经过平整得到的产品。表面光泽度极好，有很高的反射率。如同镜面的表面。用于家电产品、镜子、厨房设备、装饰材料等。
Cold rolled,bright annealed and skin-passed,the product has excellent brightness and good reflexivi ty like mirror,used for lectrical appliances,mirror,kitch en apparatus,ornament materials etc.
